Service Scope and Marketing Disclaimer

RankersHub Digital provides fixed-scope and monthly digital services, including website design, development, SEO implementation, content updates, graphic design, UI/UX support, local profile management, and advertising account management. We do not sell leads, broker customer data, run pay-per-lead programs, or guarantee sales, calls, form submissions, rankings, traffic, revenue, or ROI. Results may vary based on market conditions, budget, competition, platform rules, website condition, and client-provided information.

Project Cost & Adjustments

  • The final cost depends on your specific needs and the time required to complete your project.
  • If you request changes beyond the original agreement, there may be additional costs.

Agreement & Collaboration

  • Approving a quote means you agree to these terms.
  • We rely on you to provide all necessary details about your website. Delays or extra costs may occur if key information is missing.

Revisions & Timeline

  • Small adjustments are usually no problem, but major changes may come with additional charges.
  • We strive to deliver on time, but feature changes or delays on your end may extend the timeline or increase costs.

Refunds & Fixes

  • Refund eligibility depends on the project stage, completed work, and written agreement. If an issue is caused by our work, we will review it and provide reasonable fixes according to the approved scope.
  • If you request revisions on work that’s already been completed, additional costs may apply.

Content & Testing

  • Please provide all website content within two weeks of starting the project to avoid delays.
  • We test our websites on popular browsers and devices—if you have additional testing requirements, just let us know!
  • If your website is hosted outside our server, any issues related to your hosting provider may incur extra costs.
  • If a project is paused for more than two months, additional fees may apply.

Ownership & Usage Rights

  • After full payment, the client owns the final approved website content, design files, and deliverables listed in the agreement, unless third-party licenses or separate software terms apply. Custom code, plugins, frameworks, and reusable internal systems may remain licensed according to the written project agreement.
  • Our code cannot be resold or copied for other projects.

Third-Party Services

  • Some features may rely on third-party services, which can change over time or require additional costs.
  • You’ll be responsible for keeping any third-party software up to date.

Website Performance

  • While your website is optimized, performance may vary based on your internet speed and hosting environment.

Domain & Hosting

  • Domain registration and hosting costs are not included in our quote.
  • We’re happy to help you find hosting, but you’ll need to approve the costs.
  • If you select your own hosting provider, please ensure it meets our technical requirements.
  • We cannot be held responsible for issues caused by third-party hosting providers.

Website Transfer & Access

  • We do not provide third-party access to our test servers.
  • You’re free to transfer your website to another server once full payment has been made.

License & Copyright

  • Once full payment is received, you get a license to use your website and its content.
  • However, this license does not include ownership of the underlying code that powers the website.

Keeping Things on Track

  • Client communication is required to keep projects moving. If a project becomes inactive because required access, content, or approvals are not provided, timelines may change and completed work may remain billable.
  • We’re always here to help, so please stay in touch!

Cancellation Policy

  • Once we begin working on your project, a cancellation fee may apply if you decide to discontinue within the first month.
  • This helps cover the time and effort already invested in your project.

Smooth Transitions

  • If you ever need to cancel, just give us a 30-day notice in advance.
  • This ensures a hassle-free transition and helps avoid any final charges.
